Jijel in eastern Algeria is located, a coastal state is bordered to the north of the Mediterranean Sea, south of the state of a mile

Its coastline runs along the 120 km off the coast and the valley flowers Skikda east to Red Beach Municipal Ziama Mansouriah west. Is also famous for Jijel Corniche runs on more than 40 km, with some limestone caves dubbed the "strange caves". The state of Setif, east of Skikda and to the west the province of Bejaia.

Ancient history, and the origin of the population of the state of Jijel Amazigh associate them Ibn Khaldun for weatherproofing Berber tribe, and I've mingled elements of this tribe with arrivals from Arab Mashreq in doing so, a special blend community. It is one of the oldest Algerian cities. Established due to the era of the Phoenicians who have solved it and built the city.
The presence of Jijel in a strategic location on the Mediterranean make it coveted for several conquered (Romans, Vandals, Albzntaan and Genoese) until the arrival of the Arabs, bringing to the people of the region the message of Islam at the hands of Musa Bin Naseer [3].
Effects
Among the effects of "the ASEAN region," Municipal Jijel, Port "Shuba" Ziama Mansouriah municipality and region, "the head of the beech" Municipal Djimla which contain represented in the pools carved on the stone Roman ruins as well as stones stacked [4]. Have been found in the region on the metal parts of a Roman coin, the region still needs to archaeological research and explorations many topography.
